日本赈灾绿色彩票于情人节全面发售

　　据了解，该彩票头奖额超出日本法定最高奖额上限，达到历史最高头奖额5亿日元，该彩票预计销售额660亿日元，收益额将达288亿日元，其中的88亿日元收益金将分配给本次东日本大地震受灾的九县两指定都市，用于支援灾区复兴事业。该彩票每张售价300日元，发售时间为2012年2月14日至3月14日。抽奖大会将在仙台市泉文化创造中心举行。
