　　The NBA Finals begin on Tuesday in Oklahoma City, and there is no surprise of the two teams that will be playing. The Oklahoma City Thunder and Miami Heat were the two betting favorites coming into the season, and after several battles throughout the playoffs, the two teams are the only ones left standing.

　　The Thunder had an easier time marching through the playoffs than the Heat. The Thunder went through the three most storied Western Conference franchises over the past decade, the Dallas Mavericks, Los Angeles Lakers, and San Antonio Spurs. The Mavericks were eliminated in four games, the Lakers in five, and the Spurs lasted six games in the conference finals.

　　San Antonio actually had the series lead on the Thunder, winning the first two games. Oklahoma City, however, rolled off the next four wins and securing a spot in the finals. The Thunder will head to the finals as the betting favorites, with odds of -165 for the series.

　　Miami had a tougher road to plow in the Eastern Conference. Their first round series with the Knicks ended in a sweep, and in the second round, Indiana took Miami to six games before bowing out.
